Dean has a great recipe using Sprig of Dill's Jamaica Jerk Seasoning Blend:
- Butterfly a chicken fillet and rub with Jamaica Jerk seasoning.
- Brown it in an iron skillet using a bit of avocado oil.
- When the fillet begins to turn white, add diced peppers, diced onions, and broccoli florets.
- Cover and reduce the heat almost to low, continuing to cook for 15 or 20 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of brown rice.
